ou have heard about "inner beauty." Marlie is a woman who has it all, inside and out. She is young, but very mature, and knows that maturity is sexy.

For "Marlie couch" at left, I asked her to wear her glasses. She agreed, knowing that it's a very sexy look for her.

For this gallery, she is lit mostly with natural light from two windows, and a small amount of fill light from a single studio strobe. The camera angle for this particular photo results in unorthodox lighting: a bright chest that draws the viewer's eyes away from a darker face.

Sometimes breaking the "rules" of lighting ruins a photo. But with Marlie, that can't happen.
