Seven Simple Tips

A few weeks ago I wrote down a few tips for better, more enjoyable photography. They are not tips for better erotic photography, but tips for better all-around, general photography. It was part of a project I have to write a series of articles on general photography.

I discussed my tips with some friends, and I was surprised at the response. They insisted that I post the tips on Torrid Art.

Every now and then I ask a model to return for another photo session. One look at Jana and you can see why I chose her for another session. She looks fantastic.

This set had light tones all around, from floor to couch to walls. I think that works well with Jana's charm and all-around softness.

I left the shades on the windows down to match the mood I wanted. Being translucent, the shades passed beautiful, filtered sunlight, maintained the look of light tones, and allowed some depth to the background. Opening the shades would have introduced considerable contrast to the background, because through the windows we would see black shadows and bright sky, and the sunlight on Jana would be harsh.

New photo set - Emy behind the scenes

I love working with Emy. She is young, energetic and beautiful. But nowhere is her youthful excitement more apparent than behind the scenes.

In the first photo Emy picks up after her working out gallery. In the second, she gets her makeup before her in the shower gallery. And in the third, she is just finished with her on the bed gallery.
