The Torrid Art Affiliate Program offers only one type of program.

Financial transactions and affiliate tracking are administered by CCBill, our payment processor. To learn how surfers are tracked and details of the CCBill payment system to affiliates, visit CCBill.com.

The Torrid Art Affiliate Program is 50% partnership + recurring. You receive 50% of new membership fees, plus 50% of all recurring membership fees until that member cancels.

You are free to generate traffic in any way that is not in violation of the terms herein.

You may not use any content from the member's area without permission. You may use the Torrid Art logo and site header.

It is illegal to remove the copyright or watermark from any of the promotional content provided to you. If a partner is caught for copyright infringement, we will prosecute and ban you from the Torrid Art Affiliate Program forever.

Resale, reuse or redistribution of content for any other purposes other than to promote TorridArt.com is illegal.

Content is provided to partners for promotional purposes only. It must be clear that content placed on partner pages is to promote TorridArt.com

You may not use Torrid Art promotional material, photos or banners for any purpose other than promoting TorridArt.com. If you use any of our content, you must either link to a promotional page with TorridArt.com content (e.g., a hosted gallery) which then links to TorridArt.com, or you must link directly to TorridArt.com.

Spamming is strictly prohibited. This includes e-mail spamming, newsgroups, and IRC. If you violate this term of your agreement you will be terminated from the program and banned forever. Any remaining funds owed to you will not be paid.

We will not be held responsible for any loss, real or perceived, due to site downtimes or technical problems of any kind.

We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid all remaining funds owed to you.

All banners and text links must be used in legal ways.

Sites that contain child porn, bestiality, rape, incest or any other materials deemed illegal are prohibited. We will report all violators to the proper authorities.

We reserve the right:

• to terminate your account if it is idle for more than 30 days.
• to terminate your account at any time without explanation.
• to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program based on the content of their website or any other reason.
• to change the payout rate.
• to modify these terms and conditions for any reason without notice.
